Volunteering

Living Solutions offers volunteering placements through Project Scotland and New Deal placements through a local provider. These placements offer the opportunity to learn new skills, meet new people, gain valuable work experience and make a contribution to the local community and environment.

Volunteers experience a wide range of “outdoor” work, from identifying plants and trees to operating power tools such as chainsaws, lawnmowers and brush cutters and can gain qualifications in chain sawing, chemical spraying and other relevant skills.

We aim to provide a positive, supportive environment where everyone feels part of the team.
