Alice Berry and Paul Cruise are the organisations founders and are employees who sit on the board as executive directors.

Alice Berry (Executive Director & Company Secretary) Alice has a Bsc Honours in Animal Biology and a HND in Environmental Biology. She is a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and has experience of running environmental education activities with children and working with volunteers.

Paul Cruise (Executive Director) Paul is a keen gardiner with  a background in product design, manufacturing and sales. He is a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and is a trained first aider, chainsaw operator and chemical sprayer.

Les Keyte is our woodlands team supervisor. He is a trained welder who has the uncanny ability to turn his hand to almost anything but has found his calling in woodlands work.  Les is qualified to fell trees up to a size of 7.5 meters with a chainsaw, including windblown trees and is  a qualified first aider.
